Servicing Transfer


As indicated in a letter sent to you by Community a few months ago, your loan has been transferred to a new mortgage servicer. You should have also received a letter from your new servicer notifying you that they are your new servicer.

Please refer to the customer service number listed in your new servicer’s billing statement or welcome letter to contact them for the most current information about your loan.

Rest assured that any payment(s) sent to Community after the transfer date have been forwarded for application to your loan. All future payments should be made directly to your new servicer.
