Hello! We look forward to being your new loan servicer and are excited to have you as a customer! Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and help you throughout your mortgage experience.

If your loan was recently transferred to Community, you will receive a welcome letter package that will provide important information regarding your account number, the transfer process, and who we are.

Don’t worry if you recently submitted your payment to your prior servicer, they will forward it to us!

Please note: Any insurance provided by your prior servicer will not be offered by Community. If you’d like to continue coverage, discuss your options with your insurance carrier.

Nothing will change with your loan terms

Your loan terms remain exactly the same. This includes your interest rate, monthly payment, and repayment schedule.

We’ll continue escrow arrangements

If you have an escrow account that was transferred to us, we’ll continue to make your tax and insurance payments.

We’ll honor any workout plan in place

If you had a loan modification plan, short sale, or repayment plan with your previous servicer, we’ll continue it.

As a new customer, we encourage you to take the following steps to ensure that your onboard experience is smooth and easy.

Create an Online Account

Registering for an account is quick and simple! An online account will allow you to view your latest account details, make online payments, receive email reminders, upload documents, and much more. Don’t forget to sign up for paperless statements!

Setup a Payment Method

Automatic payments from your prior servicer will not be transferred. We offer many convenient payment options for you to make your payments on time and without any hassle!
