You can make sure your payment is always received on time by having it automatically deducted every month from your checking or savings account.

If your loan was recently transferred to Community Loan Servicing and you had AutoPay signed up with your prior servicer, you may need to re-enroll with CLS unless otherwise stated in your Welcome Letter.

After receiving your authorization, the transaction will be set up with your bank. On the single business day of each month you designate, your checking or savings account will be debited in the amount of your monthly loan payment.

Continue to make your loan payments until you receive confirmation of the exact date that the first payment will be drawn from your account.

Our Automated Phone System is available 24 hours 7 days a week.

You can schedule a one-time withdrawal from your account today or a date in the future. You can also set up a plan to make your monthly payments on a recurring basis by speaking to a Customer Relations Agent.

When paying in-person at a Western Union location:

Visit an agent location and fill out the “Payments/Quick Collect” form. A Western Union agent will enter your information and the biller’s information. This information is stored in the system and can be easily retrieved the next time you want to pay your bill.

Use Code City: CLS; Code State: FL

Fees may be imposed by the money transmitter.

Pay online or in-person at popular retailer locations.

Paying in-person with MoneyGram:

  1. Find a MoneyGram location near you
  2. Remember to bring these with you:
    • Enough cash for your payment and the MoneyGram fee
    • Your Community Account Number
    • Receive Code: 13910
    • Company Name: Community Loan Servicing
  3. Complete the MoneyGram blue form or use the red MoneyGram phone to complete your transaction. The payment processes may vary depending on your location, but you can always ask an associate for help.

Paying online with MoneyGram:

  1. Go to

  4. Follow the prompts and complete the transaction

Want to pay more than your regular payment?

Please indicate on your payment coupon any additional money you are remitting with your regular payment.

If your loan is current and has the standard application requirements, any extra payment may be applied to the principal if there are no outstanding fees. Make sure to check your loan details on your online account.
